COVID-19 Protocols

Due to the Coronavirus pandemic, the Spa has instituted many new safety protocols and procedures. These protocols are to help decrease the exposure for our clients and our staff members.  Due to the nature of our business, we still need to proceed with caution. 

Oceanova Spa continues to do all we can, to work through the COVID-19 pandemic, and keep staff and clientele as safe as possible.  We respectfully ask that all clients continue to wear masks when entering in the spa.  Therapists and technicians may require masks during some services.  Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

 

Appointments

We require that appointments be made in advance to assure availability. Arriving late will shorten the time of scheduled treatment. The full value of the treatment will be applied. The Spa does not accept walk-in appointments at this time. Please come prepared with cash for gratuity.

Environment

The Spa environment is one of quiet, tranquility, and relaxation. We kindly request that you refrain from using your electronic devices while enjoying the Spa. We recommend that alcohol not be consumed prior to spa usage. The Spa reserves the right to refuse any guests who are under the influence of alcohol. For your own comfort please arrive sand-free.

Minor(s)

Minors (under the age of 18) must be accompanied by an adult. Some services may be restricted.

Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask that you make any cancellations or changes to your services within 24 hours of the time of service. Failure to keep your scheduled appointment, without prior notice, will result in a service charge of 50% of the cost of your service. A major credit card is required to hold all appointments.
